Perfect color and well conditionedI've been using Preference by L'Oréal for 30 years and was nervous about changing brands. Lately my hair has seemed very dried out. It is exactly what I wantMy custom color is exactly what I wanted. After Danielle my colorist asked me for some information about my last hair color, she asked for an updated picture also. This was so easy to email and I think it added that extra step of service for the right custom color. My hair has a healthy texture. The process is easy with no powerful, offensive odor from the product. Long Lasting true color!This product is truly fabulous! I have tried various home products, even professional products at home, and none even come close to this. The others have faded or changed color and left my hair really frizzy. Esalon's color doesn't do that - it started out the right color and stayed that way, and didn't fry my hair! Do it yourself hair colorI'm on my third use of eSalon and I am super happy with the product. I get notice before they mix it, so I can make adjustments before, if I want to change my color - go darker or change the shade to suit the season. I can track the shipping and it arrives quickly, at a reasonable price. The instructions are simple, easy to follow. In 45 minutes to an hour, I have a great result.
