Surprised by the productI've been using drugstore box hair color for years. Last year I had a serious color correction done in the hair salon which costed me a lots of money and also left my hair in a bad shape. Recently discovered Esalon and decided to give it a try. After first coloring I was pleasantly surprised. Haircolor didn't hurt my scalp and the color was nice. I am going to continue using it. Changed my colorI wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do. Ich bin sehr zufriedenSo,hier mein Feedback: der Kontakt war super und sehr persönlich,auf alle Fragen bzw.Änderungen wurde direkt eingegangen und auch eine Empfehlung zur Farbänderung ausgesprochen,der ich gerne nachgekommen bin. Am 11.2.21 bekam ich die Info,dass meine Farbe auf dem Weg ist und ab dem 16.2. zu erwarten ist. Am 18.2 war sie da👏 Heute ,19.2,habe ich mich ans Werk gemacht und das Ergebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend! Ich hab,da es das erste Färben war,eine 2.Farbe für die Längen gratis dazubekommen ,die etwas anders als die für den Ansatz gemixt war,super! Für die nächste Färbung bekomme ich dann nur noch Farbe für den Ansatz. Meine Haare sind weder kaputt noch strohig,sämtliche Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo & Spülung) waren im Set dabei und die Anleitung ist super geschrieben und auch per email sind diverse Videos dabei die sehr erklärend sind. Super ich freue mich auf die nächste Ansatzfarbe,wo das Färben nicht mehr so ausschweifend sein wird 🥳 vielen Dank 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
