Too dark and matt, overall color was dullThis hair product is not for me, not only it made my hair look too dark, zero dimensional color. It also made my hair stiff, crunchy! .. Not good! I am very dissappointed.My hair was blond with dark roots and many grays in my roots. I chose a copper color that was vibrant and bright, and I somehow ended up with a dull dark auburn that never fully covered my gray's and is a very flat and dull color. DisappointedThe color was good but not lasting. The worst problem I had was it was to strong with ammonia.... my scalp broke out in a rash and even though I washed it off of my ears they were burnt by the solution. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. We hope the irritation is not persistent. If it is, please seek medical attention. |
Hair feels terrible after useLove the color but it leaves a residue in my hair. Had to use a clarifying shampoo 3 times before my hair felt normal. The fumes also burn my eyes while coloring.
