I wanted to love itUnfortunately I wasn't able to love my color and ultimately cancelled my account. After coloring, my hair became extremely dry and frizzy. No cambió mi tono naturalTapó mis canas completamente, eso me gustó, pero mi color de cabello no cambió casi nada, mi tono natural es casi negro y tengo el pelo muy grueso, no lo tenía pintado antes y es primera vez que pruebo el producto, intenté un tono café cobrizo pero no lo veo en mi cabello, es muy mínimo el cambio, solo por eso no me gustó del todo pero cobertura de canas muy bien! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. didnt like so fari've been trying to wash out it already 2 days, may be the reason is the harsh water or the product doesnt suit my hair, not sure but will try again and shade...dont like it, too warm, its not ash. GRAY HAIRI sent 3 emails about my problem. No one answered. I guess you will probably not answer this. The gray on the top hair and the sides are not taking. How did I become Princess Ariel?!My color was described as dark blonde but what happened was my hair turned a very unnatural, uneven red. Then it turns out I was shipped another order as I was on automatic resend. I do not recall asking for this service as I would never get a repeat of a product I had not tried yet and was ultimately extremely disappointed in. The customer service woman was very friendly and although I was refunded for the purchase I was still charged for shipping, a service I did not want! I wrote an e-mail asking for a refund of the original product as the policy states 100% guarantee but it has been over a week and I have not received a reply. 7 sur 7 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
