Not What I Asked ForI wanted to lighten my current dark brown hair. I had selected a colour using the website and noted what I was looking for. Upon receiving my dye and applying it to my hair, the colour was very different than what I was expecting. Color way offAsked for an Irish red (dark copper) did not over process, did not color ends, only rinse and came out with dark brown and black on the ends. Not at all what I wanted. No Color AdjustmentI am trying to get back to my roots, naturally dirty blonde. This was supposed to be a medium strawberry blonde to introduce more blonde and it looks the exact same as my hair colors prior. Straight up red, no hints of blonde at all.
