BadI called up explaining the desired colour even written clearly I wanted to achieved ash brown. I ended up waited for almost a week. Wasted my time and effort... I was shipped dark brown when I clearly explained. I need a refund asap. Really disappointed and I thought to call and check yet bad customer service. If you can’t achieved, it’s best to get in touch with your client not making own decision. I paid and its called custom made. I never selected dark brown!!!!!
