The red color, only took to my roots....The rest of my hair is total Black...very disappointing! At this point I'll have to cancel my account & get my hair done by the professionals. So upsetting...:(. I was so excited to get a new color & it was perfect timing, seeing February is Love month...It's all about Red! I have ordered several times before & was very impressed with the color outcomes...but today, not so much! Update as of October 22, 2019, I received the color replacement...& the same exact thing happened! The red color only took to my roots! The rest of my hair is black! Great Color, Horrible Build UpI love the golden color produced from this company. However, this product leaves HORRIBLE build up in my hair. It does not wash out easily. Ni me gusta el resultadoNo estoy contenta no es el resultado que yo esperaba porque mis canas se decoloraron muy pronto apenas con tres semanas de aplicarlo y no es un negro azul como lo pedí mas bien parece negro cenizo así que mejor volveré a lo que estaba usando antes 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
