Too darkI thought the description of what I wanted was clear enough. I wanted to go brighter and redder, but what was sent was darker and redder, so I'm confused. Keine VeränderungHallo :) Ich hatte mir bei Euch den Farbton " intensiv Kupfer " anmischen lassen. Leider sieht mein Haarton genauso aus Wie vorher ....so gar keine Veränderung. Keine intensivere Farbe oder Ähnliches . Vielleicht könnt ihr beim nächsten mal ja mehr Kupfer und Hellblond oder rot mit einmischen . Bin etwas enttäuscht da ich nun meine Haare gefärbt habe ....und es exakt meine Naturhaarfarbe war. Mit der Verpackung war ich total zufrieden ,diese ist echt süß. Color was nto as describedThe color came out reddish brown and I asked for ash dark brown. I also stated that I did not use permanent color but you sent permanent color. WHen I emailed and complained it was dealt with quickly but all you did was send me the same color that did not work previously. I would not recommend this to a friend. DisappointedI was expecting to color all my hair sence it has been a long time since I colored it but when I opened the box it's for just my roots this is very disappointing due to my hair will look horrible if I only do my roots 😭 I wouldn't of paid $25 just to do my roots 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
