ColorMe gusta el servicio que dan y la rapidez, el color es muy natural y con mucho brillo , en esta ocasión consiguieron un tono más claro que el anterior que me quedo mucho más oscuro a mi tono en ese momento ; sin embargo no han dado con el color que yo quiero para mi pelo y que era un aproximado al que yo ya tenía lo que me da mucha pena sobre todo por el brillo tan duradero que tienen sus productos 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. not the colour I wanted for the price it costI was looking for red colour, even spoke with a consultant on the phone and was assured this time it would be the fire red colour. it wasnt even close. Great initial coverage but second time it didn’t cover the grays.I was really pleased with the initial coverage. I chose a mahogany and it really covered my gray roots and highlights evenly. My hair is ORANGE!!!My natural hair at the root is medium / dark blonde. I ordered the medium blonde color kit. I watched all the videos and followed the directions to the T. How did this happen? Color muy oscuroEste color que me ha mandado ustedes es muy oscuro y la diferencia entre el primer producto y éste que me lo ha mandado ahora es muy grande . Si no me puede hacer un color más acercado al primero que me envíe por lo menos el primero. Es que no me gusta tan oscuro. La primera ves ha sido genial solo que las canas se veía en una semana.
