Did not tackle the graysThe color kit did not cover the grays as it has in the past. Nothing was done differently than any previous time, same application, same amount of time to process on the hair. Still purpleI asked it to be just dark brown with less purple, but they just sent straight purple again. But also there was a mix up with the order so I appreciate the efficiency and I understand why it got messed up 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Like all the restI really wanted to love this product. And they have an excellent marketing campaign. Salon product etc. But this product gives me no better coverage Integrity of color than all the over the counter products and I’ve tried them all. I’ve even kept it on for an hour or more. It washes out fast And i use John Sebastian for brunettes Color shampoo and conditioner once a week as It has no sulphate etc. Doesn’t work for me. Too expensive for over counter results. After posting this review I received an email stating the various ways to keep my color fresh. I am 60 years old. I use every one of these precautions. . No hot or even warm water. I use lukewarm at best, color safe shampoo and conditioner for colored hair and for brunettes, no other styling products, no hot styling tools, etc. I don’t do much with my hair. The bottom line is it’s just not a better product than the over the counter stuff I can purchase for half the price. And it does have that weird waxy feel to it which I don’t like at all. Not a clean feeling. Make hair clumpy when rinsing it. I am canceling my auto ship. I postponed it but there’s no need to continue it. PurpleI have been using esalon for years. This last one I got, I mixed it up and started to put it on my hair and noticed it was purple. Shook it some more, still purple. It was not the right color. I immediately went and washed my hair to make sure it didn’t turn into something crazy. Reported to Esalon. They did nothing, wouldn’t even refund my money for dye I had to throw out. Red isn’t that redOrdered a light brown copper golden colour which looked very copper in the photo. When I had applied my colour it was very dark and not much red to it. After the first wash basically all the red had gone and I’m left with brown hair. I spoke with customer service who said that I can request the exact colour I wanted, which was a redken copper mix. I found this website while looking for the redken colours I needed. Such a shame it didn’t work out. They won’t stop emailing me to start again!First reason I was disappointed was because the color faded so fast it was like using a temporary tint. But now, no matter how many times I write them and request to stop the emails and the products, they keep sending me emails to start up again, That’s the other reason why I rate them as a zero. colourThe colour was too dark for me I found the mixture a bit to thick I could not squeeze bottle hard enough too get the mixture on to my hair and yes I did take the top off the bottle, had to finish my hair with brush took me forever although the shampoo and conditioner was great and smelt beautiful not shaw this is for me thank you... 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
