I was sent two identical color boxes...I was told by the hair stylist that I spoke with that one was for toning, and to use it first. Mixed opinionI received my first ESalon colour, I loved the packaging and the instructions were very simple to understand. Unfortunately the colour did not come out as I had hoped. I ordered the light brown and it turned out slightly darker than expect and very warm, my hair is orange in the sun which I am very unhappy about and I haven’t been given much advice/ direction on how to correct it even though I have asked on more than one occasion. On a positive note I can say that they do keep their promise about 100% colour happiness guarantee but I will have to put a lot thought into ordering from them again as the customer service is very poor. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Wrong colorWas supposed to have a natural copper demi....I have naturally light reddish blond hair....my hair is now a horrible brown and I cant wash it enough to get the color out. UPDATED: The company did provide a full refund without any issues, but my hair remains the wrong color, even after daily use of Biolage clarifying shampoo. I will give them credit for the color staying power. It has barely lightened in the areas where my hair was the most blond prior. I wear my hair up in a bun most days since due to the pandemic our hair salons are shuttered and I need to live with this for at least another month before I can even make an appointment. I would also recommend folks read the ingredients list carefully - including the additional section that generically states that any of their demi and permanent colors may contain any of the additional, harsher, chemicals listed in that section and which do NOT appear in the list for the specific color type you may have ordered. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
