Doesn’t cover templesYour product color is very nice however it does not stay on your head very long and within days the grey by my temples are exposed. I actually have much better coverage with clairol root rescue. Sorry to say , I want to like your product but it just doesn’t cover grey well and fades easy 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed! I want a refund!!!I requested a revision to my hair color several weeks ago. My last kit was supposedly revised. It was NOT. The color is still not right. It still does not cover greys.
