Dark brown or black?I usually if not ALWAYS have an AMAZING experience and I will continue to recommend people to Esalon.... BUT I did ask to go back to dark brown. I know this, my hair is black. It is not dark brown. Like it look almost jet black! I have to leave it in because my next alternative is to go get it professionally stripped out. My hair would be so fried if I did that. So I'll leave it but I'm so disappointed! If I wanted black hair I would have asked for black.
