I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!I had requested for a lighter color this time around, what u gave me was more pink hair n not copper yellow. I am TRULY embarrassed to go out with this hair color! I’m going to be wearing baseball hats for a VERY LONG TIME! What are you planning to do to fix this crap up? Get Demi-permanent so you can adjustMy original color is medium to light auburn. Did the whole set up, even sent pictures in natural light to show. When my color came I was so excited and it came in light-brown/red. Thank god I got a Demi-permanent color so it’ll wash out because it is soooo dark. The darkest auburn ever! Not at all what was requested and sentI recently went to a salon and paid $200 +to remove black from my hair. Wanting to even out the color and after all the questions light brown is what was sent.
