Not AgainAfter 5 years of being a satisfied customer, I’m closing my account. Out of the blue my color was changed from golden auburn to hideous orange. Replacement color wasn’t much better. Did nothing except to dry out my hairI really wanted to love this product, especially as I hoped it'd be an alternative to going to the salon (which I'm trying to avoid during the pandemic). Unfortunately, the color did nothing to cover my gray roots. And as an extra bonus, it completely dried out my hair, which now feels like straw :-( The only 'pros' I can offer is the reasonable price and the attractive packaging. Not thrilledI ordered a medium blonde and am happy with the color but disappointed in the gray coverage. The dye has a very strong ammonia odor - stronger than salon and other mail order brands I have tried - so I was reluctant to let it process for longer than the recommended 20 minutes. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. surprisingly dissapointedafter i ordered my last kit i decided to stop dying my hair.. i let my roots grow out like crazy, maybe 5 inches of brown and grey. Last week i decided to finally dye it, at first it seemed good. it covered my greys quite well. but some how didnt cover my brown? it seems my roots are still kinda brown AND today i noticed silver hairs around my hairline. i like your product, i like the attention to detail and personalization.
