I am terribly disappointedI said that pulled red. I wanted my hair as my picture light blonde. Somehow you folks thought dark blonde. When I colored it came out red. So I called and told the lady that info that they had done golden with a little bit of ash and that would be sufficient. She said not to worry they would use a neutralizer and that would take care of it. I got the color and used it today it showed a a lot of medium blonde and small amount of neutralizer. I am now darker red and very upset. I have posted picture from today here and feel there is no reason to continue with your product. The young lady had said my hair was medium blonde. I don't think my hair it, it is light blonde. It may not be platinum or toe head but it is definitely light blonde because around the front of my face has been toe head since I was a baby and now is turn gray. Please cancel my account. Lackluster Results, Spectacular MessI was really excited to try this product. My hair is dark brown naturally so I chose the "soft black intense pearl" color thinking that it would give my hair an interesting violet tone. Nope, it looks almost exactly the same. It's maybe slightly darker. I was disappointed and threw away my supplies. I came back maybe an hour or two later to find that the product had EXPLODED and dripped down the sides of my trash can, onto my shower curtain and onto the floor. The shower curtain was beyond saving as it has a huge glob of dye stuck to it. My floor is still stained. I just don't see the benefit in a product that's four times the price of drug store hair dye but yields basically the same results and creates such a mess afterwards (an issue I've never had with the cheaper dyes).
