Great customer service but not happy with productI follow all of the directions perfectly and I still do not have full grey coverage. Then after 2 weeks my hair looks brassy and orangish. No lift whatsoeverI actually changed the color so that it would be lighter, however there was no lift and within 2 weeks the color washed out out of the grey, and the full 2” grey roots came back. I don’t have a lot of grey, but certain spots have a few strands that you can see when parted a certain way etc..this was my last attempt here. Didn't cover my grey rootsHi, I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed. I previously used Madison Reed and loved it. I will be sticking with them as it works much better for me. Going for a dark strawberry blonde or light auburn and ended up with pink hair.I really was hopeful about this option during COVID-19 as I am immunocompromised and cannot go into my normal salon. My hair turned greenI was not happy with this and would not do it again. I did not get the color I expected and there was a lot of breakage.
