Tono no deseadoBuen Dia, la verdad no me gusto el tono, quedo mas oscuro del tono que ya tenia, segui las indicaciones anexas en mi orden. Aunque venia retoque de raices, canas. Ese no es mi problema. No tengo canas aun. Deseo cancelar mi autoenvio. Antes de mi ultima compra intente cancelar y no me lo permitio. No impresionado - AgainDespués de leer las críticas, supongo que esperaba demasiado. I asked a lighter colour (more kind of dark blonde than the copper i had the first time). They sent me the same colour i had the first time. Really disappointed. I spent all the bottle and it didn't cover my grays properly. not the same colorAlthough the product is really nice, easy to apply and my hair feels nourished and well done, the color is a huge disappointment. My hair turned out brown - plain dark brown, definitely not the dark copper I selected. It has some hints of red in there, but only under yellow lights. I haven't done anything in my hair for over a year and a half and I'm just dissapointed that now it looks boring brown and will be a long time again before I can do something else. In my notes I even referenced the model Dominique from your website, which I figure it would be hard to achieve since my hair is probably darker than it should be, but at the same time, the color I chose was definitely red, even a little auburn. I'm attaching a picture of how it turned out. Unhappy with colourI thought the colour was a very good match however it hasn’t covered my grey and as suspected it is now very very white again. I just don’t think it has the strength to cover my level of grey. I did enquire about this. I do NOT want another colour sent via a subscription? This is of no use to me sadly. Please advise? It didn't workI was so excited when I receive my color. But It didn't turn out the way how color it supposed to be. My front hair was colored but the rest isn't.
