DisappointedI asked to lighten my color from dark brown intense pearl to medium golden brown. I assumed that with “custom color”, I would achieve something somewhat decent. Very disappointed, my hair is not any lighter. It’s still very purple. The ends are dark. Seems like my ‘colorist’ Just threw in some medium brown dye and called it a day. I just spent over $40 for my hair to look awful. Terrible!My roots were a completely different colour to the rest of my hair, and the greys were completely resistant. I followed the instructions re application, but to no avail.
