Waste of money. Not satisfied.Three times I gave this a shot, and three times I got a color so similar to my natural color that hardly anyone even noticed I colored my hair. I will never use this product again.My hair before using this product was lustrous, shiny, and healthy. I wanted a product that covered my grays and kept my healthy hair. This product did not satisfy me. It dulled my hair. It made my hair brittle and dry. IT DID NOT COVER MY GRAYS!! I would like my money back and cancel my account! This product damaged my hair...it will take months before the damages are grown out. I will definitely let everyone I know as well as the internet know about your terrible product. I am an educator and a perfectionist. I followed the directions perfectly.
