Not right colorAfter reading numerous reviews online and hearing how great the color is at eSalon I decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong. I have naturally red hair and wanted to cover up whites; I ordered a color very similar to my natural hair color and now my hair is brown not even a slight tint of red. Very upset with the color I could have gone to the store and picked out a box and have better results. Shame on me for putting my trust in esalon. Hate the colorI loved the first few times I used the system but this color adjustment went horribly and came out almost black on me. When I contacted customer service about a refund they gave me a runaround about a new color adjustment but I don't trust them when this color went so wrong. Someone else cancelled my upcoming orders and told me to email a specific address. I emailed them directly regarding the refund and still haven't heard back a month later. Farbe zu dunkel - kein GlanzObwohl ich die Farbe nach Vorschrift verwendet habe, und auch aufgeschäumt, sieht sie nicht schön aus. Das Haar ist ohne Glanz und ich sehe nun leider furchtbar aus. Das Haar ist braun statt kupfer und sieht leblos und trist aus. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht. Das kann jede billige Farbe aus dem Supermarkt besser 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
