Never Again!!You have absolutely ruined my hair! Feels like hay!! Its breaking and falling out. I've never had issues like that with my hair. The color I asked came out too dark which didn't really matter because it washed out pretty quickly my grays are now a rusty color and look hideous!! I'd rather have my gray hair 🙄 I'm so disappointed and so traumatized by this product. Please please don't try this product if you love your hair. Go to a salon or embrace what you have. I am so sad. Severly Dried My HairI'm not satisfied with the product . I have been coloring my hair for years never had my hair be severely dried It took a month with several deep conditioning treatments for my hair to be some what normal. I want to cancel the services. Fades fast , inconsistent colorColored 1 week ago color.has rapidly faded and and blochy due to two bottle methods. Big no canceling and moving to Madison Reed. Sister did color co by Loreal was nice and has stayed we color 3 days apart. Very nice coloring. Mom used Madison Reed color is beautiful. Not enough hair color to do all my hair?This was definitely not enough to dye all my hair? I'm very disappointed and may cancel my account. Poor coverage, hair feels roughI've found that while using the e-salon dye, my hair doesn't feel soft and beautiful like it normally does. The dye makes it feel rough and straw-like. I've also found that the colour doesn't always cover my regrowth, even when I know that all of my regrowth is covered. It is often patchy and has a very different shade than the main hair colour (which was an issue when I was first sent the colour, but now the main lengths have faded).
