Does not cover grey hairsEasy to apply. Color was nice but unfortunately it does not cover grey hair well. It did darken them but they were all showing again in less than a week. I left the product on even a bit longer than instructions said to thinking it would definitely take on the grey hair but even that didn’t work. My old box color I used prior to me trying esalon covered my greys better. I forgot this was an auto ship company and just saw I have another shipment on the way already which kind of upsets me because now I’m gonna have more color that doesn’t work on what I’m trying to achieve and I paid more than I want to spend . 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. ReasonableToo much packaging detail. The 'openthebox' experience would work for those interested in it. First product joining deal is fair. Personally I don't like my own colour choice at all. Total money wasteLeaves your hair like straw nothing at all like the colour you have asked for even when you cancel they still take £23 out of your bank. No gray coverage at allWhen I signed up for the service, I explained that my gray hairs are incredibly difficult to cover. I was reassured that this product was going to be custom-made to take care of this problem. After following the instructions to a T, my gray hairs were not covered at all. I now have nice vibrant dark hair with brilliantly bright gray hairs showing. Unfortunately, this is my second experience with the company and I was told they would make the product stronger for my coverage. I don't know if they failed put that memo in when making my Custom kit, or if their products are just not quality, but I am beyond disappointed.
