company not accurately depictedThe customer staff is incredibly condescending and rude. The hair color is cheap and you are better off using John Freida box dye for a fraction of the cost. I could not recommend this service to anyone. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. ProblemI used the kit Saturday, October 8th. On Thursday, October 14th I had to go to the salon and have her re-color my hair because it took 2 days and my gray were already showing again as you can see by my photos. So dissapointed!
