What Happened??I have always had a lovely, natural red colour of hair and so when it started to change colours I searched high and low to find something that was as close a match as possible to my original colour. Enter eSalon. I loved their dyes and couldn't believe how long the colour would last. But it seems to me that the last 2 or 3 orders (ever since they changed their formula) don't even cover the grey to start with anymore, and it certainly doesn't last like it used to. colourused this yesterday after receiving it on Thursday last week, did everything the instructions said to there was enough product to do all my hair in the bottle, so now I have half coloured my hair and need to used a super brand again, so I was 42.00 dollars only to go have spend another 17 dollars today. the colour didn't even match 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Not at all with the costDid nothing to cover my gray. Over priced and barely made any change. It was as though I didn't do a thing. Received my initial order and a touch up order. Didn’t cover greys.I actually left this on longer than needed because I was in the middle of a work situation and when I finally rinsed it out it didn’t cover any of the gray around my hairline. I want my orders to stopI had sent a email asking to cancel and still was charged the color doesn't take to my hair for some reason it does every other hair products i have used so I'm not sure why it doesn't do well with this but i asked to try different color and was not responded to just charged and sent the same color so i tried again and nothing same results i wish i could have tried a different color and might be giving a different review i mean i did pay for it i should have been aloud to choose the color but … 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Very UpsetI am really upset with my first kit it has ruined my hair colour. I went through the process selecting images that best matched but also provide 3 personal photos of my current hair which I just needed root touch up to match. I Now have a awful, auburn( almost brown root) and VERY red ends. At no stage did I say I wanted a red hair tone. I wanted to keep my very copper/ginger hair which I loved. I now have no idea how I am going to correct this without excessive damage to my hair and expense at salons. I have added 3 after photos since using your kit and you can see how badly it has changed my hair from what it was.
