bottle had only Gold color-and replacement had only Gold colorWhen you are selling your service as Custom Hair Color, you should be sending your customers the blended color. Last month, I received a bottle that clearly had only one color in it. It was easy to see when comparing it to the chart, that it only had the Gold color in it. So, I sent an email and was told that a replacement would be sent that had the correct blend in it. But once again, the bottle had only the Gold color in it. Very disappointedAfter following ALL the instructions, I was ready to rinse. Filled bottle with water, and rinsed my hair till water was clear. …I then noticed that the bottle was STILL 2/3 FULL of THE HAIRCOLOR MIX?? Color not lasting as longSo I have been with u all for awhile n I have been noticing a problem with the color fading a lot faster then it used too. Nothing on my end has changed n it's getting disappointing that prices are going up but quality is going down.
