Still not sticking.I’ve followed instructions to the letter all 3 times and my hair is still grey. The product is just not working for me. Color turned way too dark I had to go buy color removerI had to go to Walgreens and get color remover to get the way too dark brown removed. This did not happen with the color kit I received before this kit. I can't afford mistakes 😢 like this last experience. I wrote to you abt my pkg being unusually late and it was damaged, scrunched up when it arrived. I was very very surprised. It wasn't bad enough to not open but clearly not in good shape. No longer covers ANY grayI only have a handful of gray hairs and this hair color does NOT cover gray. I don't know if the formula has changed because it used to but it does not any longer. After "coloring" my hair with ESalon, I had to purchase a store bought root cover up to do the job. Very hard to do aloneFound to be very difficult to use. Followed every step in the video after reading instructions throughly. Not happy with over all color until after a week of washing the pink tint out of it 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Very DisappointedI was disappointed that most of my gray hair is still visible after using your product. The coloring did cover some of my gray hair, but most of it is still gray and I followed the directions by the book. Very dissapointed 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
