Cant cover grays. I thought I had cancelled but they resent and charged me $34I TRIED to cancel after first failure. but they resent another batch which is just as ineffective as the first. They said the color I wanted was too darkI specified I wanted to cover a bad haircut which I was clear on. Now I have an even lighter color that shows every flaw, and I get to wear a hat now for weeks until I can fix this. I didn't think they were going to go lighter! TOO BLONDEThe color was too blonde and not enough Red. My roots were strawberry blonde and the ends were much more vibrant. The color was not as expected like before. I had a bit of "hot roots" and there is a clear line from roots to ends. My hair also seems very dry since coloring. Very drying - also eSalon keeps charging you without your consent.I ordered this product to try it, no where it was written that I was enrolled in automatic product delivery. eSalon now has charged me for another round of a product that I didn't like.
