For the last most recent shipment only.I have been very pleased with all kits except the most recent shipment. The color kept fizzing over. The lotions remained a dark brown, before applying my roots. It did not look the normal shade. Once applied, the color did not cover well at all. I read instructions as usual & proceeded to color my roots as soon as I mixed the solutions. Question: are you receiving payments for all of your color kits sent to me? My records show not! Please respond and provide a phone number. The usual phone number is not allowing me to speak to an agent. If I need to pay, kindly bill me. Loved the packaging, color didn't work for meI loved how easy it was to mix the color but it was the wrong color. My hair is dark brown/black and the color was more of a milk chocolate. It also didn't cover a lot of the gray. Second shipment, the color was darker but not dark enough and again had the same issues with the grays. Yep super brassy and white hair redI’m at a loss. I was very specific and what I said my problems were. I was very hopeful. Once again, yes, the brown and the light and brown from the sun came out a beautiful, dark, medium hash brown any hairs that were white, even softened beforehand and developer applied beforehand to open the pores and left it.
