Leaves your hair feeling great!I believe it is hard to customize color without seeing someone personally. I felt that the color was too dark and it was probably based on a picture that I sent. It is hard to get the correct lighting in a picture to tell the true color of a person's hair. Other than the color issue, my grays were all covered and it left my hair feeling great. Covered white/greys WAY better than shop bought boxed dyePros: The coverage of my coarse white and greys is impressive. And the colour lasts very well without using any particular specialist colour shampoo. Overall, much better than any shop bought boxed dyes. Good value for money. Cons: I have dark hair so colour options were extremely limited. Very long hair means I had to be careful to ensure there was enough to cover it all. Hair felt v odd, like hard, during rinsing stage.
