exactly the color I requestedI cheated a bit in that my former hairdresser gave me her exact formula for the color I have used for years. I sent that in under my comments section when ordering the color, but they nailed it! Only complaint is that they only send enough color for your roots. If you want to color your ends, you have to order additional colorant, which was not made clear. HOWEVER, they sent along a complimentary ends colorant for the first order, so I was able to color all of my hair that first time. Loved you product ...But..Your product was excellent, loved the resulting color, all product were great. My only problem is that after I ordered your product kit, my credit card information was stolen. It was used in New York.
