Nice depth of color but it gets priceyThe first application was beautiful (likely due to the gloss add in product that was free for first time users), the second application was dull and weak, no gloss. The third application was better but not as nice as the first by far so I guess I have to have the gloss. Color and gloss cost $19.99 for the first order but now its $34.00+ I used to buy haircolor (same shade for 17 years) at $8 so this is much more costly but if I can have the look i got on the first application again it will be worth it - crossing my fingers. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Adjust formulaWhile I was generally happy with the formula, I asked my colorist to adjust it slightly and she seems to have done it perfectly!! First time user and I love itI've been seeing the ads for some time, but hesitated in using the product because its an online salon and I don't do permanent color- I have also been doing my own hair for years; and I wanted a more salon professional color without going into a shop and spending a fortune. However, after reading the reviews and wanting to do something different and have expert advice at the same time, I decided to give eSalon a try. After getting all my info and a picture of my hair, eSalon added a second complimentary color for my ends to help begin the process of lightening and giving more richness to my current color - dark dark dark brown - almost black - as a result off all the root coloring I've been doing myself. I love the choice made for me along with the color for my roots! It's perfect, I can see the difference. eSalon was very helpful and responded to my questions right away. The only issue I had is my hair is very long, I could have used a second pair of hands to do the ends at the back. Next time I will enlist the help of someone.
