I like it a lot but I might be allergic to it.I only gave it four stars because as much as I like it I think I had an allergic reaction to it. My scalp, ears and neck are really red, itchy and it hurts. I did not have a reaction until I was rinsing it. The colour was really pretty and very easy to apply. Definitely Noticeable DifferenceThe new color was definitely NOT as black as the previous one. It covered what it needed to and looked more reddish than black. Color amazing but very bad products to wash hairI'd love it the color it really suit my face and style and is very easy to use but the Shampoo it didn't clean at all my hair and I was afraid why my hair looks still sticky despite I washed three times and nothing was off after I waited for a few hours and I washed again with my products and the result was very different....... 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love the colourCustomer service is fab. Love the colour but struggling to cover all greys. The application process is easy and personal and the little touches are great. Down side is I think the colour guard is very greasy and even though I use it very sparingly and try not to get it in my hair, it must Transfer when washed as I am left with greasy hair after thoroughly washing. Love it!I was very happy to see how professional the packaging was when it arrived. I have very long hair so needed help in application. It was an easy process to follow using the video guides. The only slight drawback was the residue left after using the shampoo and conditioner supplied. My hair felt very "squeaky" and did not dry. I washed it again, in fact several times, before it felt clean but i am more than happy with the results.. Good colorThe color was much darker than I expected but I got used to it. One thing I do not like is that the color did not hold on the gray hair on my temples.
