Need answers..I like my formula the first couple of weeks but later the ends got light and dry. Nobody contacted me to ask about my FIRST experience with the color or to discuss if I NEEDED color adjustment for second application. Poor customer service!. Easy to applyThis product was easy to apply and quality is good. The color came out lighter than expected and didn’t cover all my grey hair as evenly as I would have liked, but my greys are very stubborn. Schöne Farbe, Ergebnis nicht ganz zufriedenstellendDie Anwendung ist wenn man geübt ist relativ easy aber leider ist bei mir das Ergebnis nicht 100% zufriedenstellend.
