Better than ExpectedThis is my first time using this, and I had never dyed my hair before, so I was a bit apprehensive, especially having coily (4c) hair, but I took the jump because I didn't want to use box dye. Color perfect, but fadesCustom color is a rich, dark brunette. Perfect at first, but after 3 weeks lightens up to a more red-orange. I do have an old perm, some gray which affects the color. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Awesome color match, but still have the greysThe matching of my color ( which wasn’t easy, I have at least 3 color tones to my hair) was absolutely on point! Unfortunately, it didn’t cover all of my grey hair. I even made a point to over saturate the greys that frame my face, but they are still very visible. awaiting answersTyping as I sit with color atop my head, looking for some answers from eSalon. I have used and recommended eSalon for years ... had great results at a reasonable price, with minimal issues. Until the past few months. This color set seems like what I had used successfully for years, but I nervously await results. Last color application, and a few prior to that, have been very different. The color itself was different ... lighter, different consistency, less viscous maybe? And my hair did not look the same. I've had two satisfying conversations with eSalon about the issues (bottom line, my hair color didn't look as good or the same). It seemed that there were manufacturing problems, but that's a guess.
