YOU WONT FIND THIS COLOUR ON THE HIGH STREETE HBecause is is as advertised, custom mixed ....... Chat with your colourist after trying out your colour. Too dark - lighten it please. Too light - darken it please. Great kitI have went back to my old hair color for my roots (local shops) and the color just does not color my gray. This one does the job. Not the sameHaving used esalon for the last 7 years and been very pleased with the results ...it seems the formula may have changed.
