Great color, but…My roots and fine hairs around my face are still not being covered well, even with the new directions. Also, the color washes out way too quickly. I HATE sitting at the salon for 2 hoursFound out about this company because of the pandemic & love the company, their Products s & customer service… my only complaint, it seems like I need more color for my roots but not enough to buy two kits. I liked itI have been trying to have a color that sticks to my hair for years now, all of the products I have used from the stores color my grays real bright and the rest of the hair stays dark making it a huge contrast that I have to color it back to dark. I used to wear my hair warm red and I loved it then! but then I had it dyed brown once and could never regain my usual red hair. I intent to go lighter than this, but I was afraid I would have the same situation I´ve always have, to my surprise redish color came back (I wish I had chose lighter red) it is a dark auburn, but there is something to start I guess! I really liked it. The only thing I saw is that you send very small amount of the conditioner, and the ends are very dry, it really needs a bit more.
