Color with Red OvertonesColor has red overtones and does not color temple roots and immediate areas. Color was placed first on the temple area roots with maximum time to let the color work. ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Loved the colour combination was perfect tksI'm sorry to say I have to unsubscribe. I absolutely loved the colour combinations the colour was perfectly made. Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you.
