The process was exactly the same as the box color from the store. Only with better quality. Would have preferred something closer to the photographs I sent in but I did appreciate that my survey and pictures were actually looked at when formulating the color. Customer service has been top notch. Will definitely order again.

I've colored my hair many times,but the color didn't take so well. Plus didn't stay in long. My color from your company covers my gray completely & it last much longer then other's I've tried. Thank you!

Okay, so probably it's about the same as salon color--but I can do this myself in the comfort of my own home at a tiny fraction of the cost. I apply it to my roots every three weeks and never have to suffer a half-inch of gray just because I can't fit in the time with my stylist.
