Product is extremely easy to use and absolutely LOVE the color. E-Salon adjusted the color to a lighter shade than I had selected based on my pictures....glad they did, as they nailed the color!!

I have never colored my own hair and was skeptical My major goal was to save money. The process was well explained and I learned some things to correct about application on my first try. Overall, I was very pleased and willing to try it again.

The color is great, grey coverage is immediately noticeable (over the counter didn't touch the grey), easy directions, superb customer service that stays in contact with you and makes adjustments as needed.

I really like the way my hair looks after using this product. It's shiny and soft. The color is very good, if a bit too light in the front. I'm not sure how to fix that and looking to your help with that.
