Color adjustmentAfter the first order, I decided to request a change. I received a quick response that explained it’s not possible to lift color with color. I was offered the alternative plan of only coloring my roots and that the lighter color wouldn’t be obvious. So far so good. Many years overdue but...I may have forgotten to review this but there's NO WAY I will EVER forget the absolute satisfaction and pleasure I received from esalon's fast delivery and flawless coverage and beautiful color of my first ever order from them!
