Love the convenienceMy custom color looks very natural. Until the grey starts to show at the roots most people don't know it's not my real color. My only disappointment is that the color fades quickly. Red doesn't have very good staying power. Love the colorI love the color that was custom made for me. I took a star off because second week after application, the red on my hair turns slightly lighter to a lighter brown.
