Easy to useThis was my first time coloring my hair at home in a very long time. I found the instructions very easy to follow. I'm grateful I bought the color tools kit because it definitely helped. I loved the packaging and how everything was beautifully package and felt tailored for me. I mostly feel like this was a positive experience, but there were some negatives. It definitely took me longer to color my hair at home than at the salon. I will assume this will get easier as I color more. I also didn't like that the chemical smell was extremely intense when I washed it out in the shower. It was so harsh that it was making my eyes burn and was hard to breath. I have had the color in for three weeks and I already see a lot of my grey coming through. Normally, my grey does not come through so fast. I also have found that my hair has become extremely dry. Back to natural at lastReally impressed with the eSalon service. As much as I love my hairdresser, I have found the cost of having to have roots done every 6 weeks has become too much. I'd used a semi-permanent shop-bought dye part way through lockdown and have always resisted doing a permanent at home colour myself as find my hair ends up with too much red in it and/or can go far too dark. After filling in the online questionnaire and selecting my colour, eSalon contacted me to say they thought the shade I had chosen might be too warm so had toned it down. I did the colour last night and am really impressed. While I think it might still be slightly too warm, the result is the closest to my natural mid brunette that I have been in years (I went for a Medium Brown 20VOL with Pearl). The colour is really even throughout and all my greys (of which there were A LOT) have gone. Only reason it's not a 5* review is the smell of the 2nd bottle. Oh my days!! It was such a strong ammonia smell when I mixed it. It made my eyes water. Thankfully this hasn't lasted & it's a lesson learnt to have the bathroom window wide open next time. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Rich, vibrant color and excellent coverage!My white hair strands are wiry and have difficulty taking and holding color. However, my latest formula of brown, red, and copper was just right! Won't use anything else!I have tried several different boxed brands and salon color and they never turn out just right. My hair always pulls a red shade, which makes coloring it blonde very difficult. I sent my colorist a picture of what I was hoping for and it was an exact match (red/auburn). It works, amazing color, easy to useI have been an eSalon customer for a few years. Prior to eSalon I would visit a beauty store, find my color and buy all the necessary other items to color my hair True, eSalon does cost more. (it comes with everything you need, plus mailed, no need to out and purchase.) The difference in the color from local beauty store vs. eSalon is eSalon has tailored the color specific for ME! Instead of a 6R, I have a multi-color combination specifically created for me. When I get my hair styled I will hear multiple comments "how gorgeous my hair is." I smile when I hear customers say "I want the color she has :). " Often when I am out shopping I will hear "love your hair color." I smile and say thank you. (Only I and my eSalon expert know that the color is supported by eSalon color.) The color looks natural. My hair shines. Looks full and healthy. I appreciate the expert's on eSalon.
