I love itI am very happy with my order. It was great to have a personal colorist (Vanessa W.) and personal attention to make sure I chose the correct color. The directions were easy as was the application. My color turned out great and the product did not suck the life from my hair. The price is right also. Found my holy grail hair color company!So pleased with the results for my spring color. I started off a medium auburn (On accident) and requested a neutral medium brown. There is a slight warmth to my hair still, but the color they made almost got rid of it all. Not to mention my hair feels so much better than before! LOVE IT !!!!!!!I tried this for the first time, and love it. You have your own color specialist formulating your color just for you. If it's to light or dark, she will adjust it to your preference.
