I have to say I was very impressed with the volume set this has made a real difference to my hair, it looks fuller and just better from the first use. The only thing I'm not overly keen on is the smell, I think this has a very chemically smell but everyone else, just says to has a clean smell to it, would love this to be floral or fruity scent, without changing the effects this gives. Still undecided if the smell outweighs the effects.

I’m super picky about volumizing shampoos and don’t mind spending an entire small country’s GDP on a good shampoo but here’s one that won’t cost you a fortune and works like the best ones I’ve tried. I’m not crazy about the smell because it’s not botanical and smells like commercial shampoo.

I am a Wen user of many years. Nothing was even close. Then came hair dye..... stoped working. Tryed their sample.... this was $12 for both if you buy the dye subscription. But $30 if you dont. I can Not dye my own hair. Tryed months. Now i buy $30 i am so picky. I dont speak up for any product. But here weare. Ask for a sample. See for yourself. Stay safe and healthy.

Hallöchen, denke das das Shampoo mit dazu beigetragen hat das die Farbe von Esalon auch noch nach mehreren Wochen gut im Haar geblieben ist (bei zwei verschiedenen Friseuren hatte ich nicht soviel Glück).Die Spülung hingegen ist nicht ganz so mein Fall da man bei anderen Spülung die Pflege nach der Anwendung auch fühlt. Das ist hier nicht der Fall,daher ein Stern Abzug. Da ich kurze Haare habe kann ich nicht sagen ob sich das Haar durch die Spülung besser kämmen läßt. Das Duo richt gut und ist auch ergiebig.

I didn't rate it a 5 because I can only use a very, very small amount of any conditioner or it weights my hair down. Conditioner is not my friend.

This was a good product to use to protect my color. It didn't, but that was not the shampoo & conditioner's fault. The color kit was not good this time!

I gave this duo 4 stars because the volume you get after using these two products is A-mazing! However, it leaves my hair very dry so I took a star away for that :( but if you don't already suffer from dry hair and you're looking for a shampoo and conditioner thats super volumizing, this is it!

I received the hair color and I love it, the conditioner and shampoo as well; the only problem was the front line I had a few gray hair left in the front line, maybe I have to leave it a few more minutes. Any suggestions will be appreciated it. Mildred

I don‘t notice a big difference in my hair, My hair does feel good, soft. But I am not sure how much actual difference the shampoo/conditioner made compared to others.

We are in the middle of a shut down, so I have had to color my own hair and haven't had a haircut in 2 months . I usually get my short hair cut every 4 weeks. It is fine and straight, so I am really unhappy with the way it has been looking. The first time I used this shampoo, I was actually able to blow it out and have a style to it that lasted! I live in Florida, so it held up with the heat and humidity as well!

I love the way it made me hair look & feel. So soft & healthy! The shampoo could lather a bit better though & the bottles just a little bit bigger. Other than that I absolutely love this duo.

After coloring my hair becomes extremely tangled due to the curls. The shampoo lathered up beautifully and the conditioner was able to relax the tangles enough to get the Wet brush through with minimal pulling.

I was hoping this product would be the same as the Classic Conditioner that comes in the Custom Colour Package, but it is slightly different. I have to use more of this conditioner than the Classic. My hair still feels good, but I prefer the other.

The conditioner dried my hair out. I had to use a lot to fully wash and condition my hair every time. I also felt like the color still faded over time.

This shampoo and conditioner really seems to work well and lock in the color well. I do wish it was a little more moisturizing, but overall I would say this stuff is awesome.

I really like the volume this duo gave me but the conditioner wasn't enough for my hair and I had static. I had to use an additional spray-in conditioner to tame the fly-away hair.

Like most volume shampoos and conditioners, these tend to be drying and make my hair a bit stiff and dull. However, I find mixing a bit with eSalon regular classic shampoo (or highlight shampoo) and conditioner gives me enough volume and a softer more conditioned feel. Works for me.

Unfortunately the conditioner is a bit too heavy for my fine hair. As a result my hair looks oily even when it’s clean. Together they add body to my hair so that’s a plus.

For years I bought cheap products due to being a single mom and I used store bought kits for the same reason. Once I remarried with great new career I went to a salon with stylist I trusted and followed from shop to shop, but she literally charged me well over $100 and through the years cost went up to over $150! Even then within a couple of weeks of her coloring my hair it felt dry and damaged. My hair was still feeling healthy and so very soft (1st color in Mar - 2nd just rec'd end of June) by time I did the 2nd ESALON color. I LOVE this conditioner and I know it is the ingredients. WOW

Before eSalon, My hair was badly damaged after my last two colorings, from a well-reputed chain store .
As of yet the hair conditioner hasn’t done what I hoped. I’m certain it will work better, soon, especially by continuing with eSalon products .

Shampoo is great - bottled leaked during shipment, creating quite a mess. Would think there would be some type of seal on the top of bottle to prevent this....?

I think that the fragrance of the shampoo is nice. The only thing that I would say that I don't care for with this product is that it doesn't lather up very much. It is expensive and I have had to pump it at least five times to get enough to use, and then, like I said, it doesn't lather up like other shampoos, so it doesn't feel like my hair is fully clean.

This is a great shampoo, but in my Oct. 17, 2018 order both the shampoo and the conditioner was leaking in the box and made a sticky mess although nice smelling. Maybe in future it would be better if they were somehow sealed around the opening, Thanks for an otherwise great product.
