Very upset with my purchase. Made my hair extremely dry and I had to put a Kerastase mask and wait 30 mins with it for my hair to come back to it's softness. Will not be using this product ever again.

I was hoping to have great results from this after seeing it on YouTube unfortunately sad to say it has not done anything to the red tones in my brown hair are still there if anything it's made it look more red :-( on YouTube seem to work on the training hair head? I am disappointed as it was not a cheap product to buy. And I'm still stuck with the reddness in my brown hair :-(

I got this in replacement of the Color Enhancing Mask, wanting to compare the two. I loved the mask, so I was hoping I'd love this too. The mask made my hair very soft, and that's one of the things I was hoping would stay the same with this, but alas it did not do it for me. You don't use this in place of conditioner, as you would the mask, so that would be why. Overall I just don't think it has a huge effect

I bought this after viewing the Ellebangs youtube video showing the wonderful job it does to dull or banish orange/red/brassiness for brunettes. THIS DID NOTHING---actually it did do two things. The very tip of my roots are now black (I colored 9 days ago). Secondly, the full length of all of my gray hair is now visible and shiny-almost white. It is not just the gray in the new growth but all of the gray I've been coloring for years has been scrubbed of any color. After contacting eSalon it was recommended to just wash it out as this is not a permanent color. Well the tips are a little less dark but my gray is void of any color. Not only am I stuck with this red/orange brassy mess but my gray is just blazing out there. SO DISAPPOINTED.

This morning I used this for first time and my hair came out too reddish orange, not happy about it. My color is great so I'm not sure how to get this to fade out faster than a few days.... I will try washing it tonight to see if the red fades. I have the copper tint and it may have been too much :(

I've used this product twice, the first was for the required time and the second was left in for longer than the required time (30 mins or so) I saw no changes made on either uses. This did not pull any brassiness from my color.

I bought this because ElleBangs on YouTube spoke so highly of it, stating that this product will diminish the brassy tones in brown hair. It did nothing to my dyed, brown hair. It still had those dreadful brassy tones. I used it just as she instructed and even gave it 3 tries throughout the week. Don't waste your money and neverrrrrr trust you tubers.

I was so excited when this came in the mail, as I had brown hair with red/orange undertones peeking through. Unfortunately, I saw no results with this product. No toning, not even added shine. I purchased this product in the past in copper. I have reddish blond hair but copper was in the color mix so I thought it would be great. It really penetrated the weaker crown much more than the denser back and sides and I was left with a funny distribution. I immediately tossed it and have not tried a different color. I'm
sure it is a great product but redheads have a tougher time matching I suspect.

I love the shimmer in it and it looks highly pigmented, maybe I didn't put enough on my hair or it wasn't light enough. I eventually just dumped the rest of the bottle on clean-ish hair and let it sit for about an hour and it really didn't seem like it changed much. I was really hoping this could be a good purple shampoo replacement but it just didn't deposit enough pigment in my hair for me to really love it.

After watching a YouTube video showing an example of the (fake) results you can achieve using the soft red neautralizer on brown hair, I was amazed and decided to purchase it myself. All I can say about the product is that it did brighten my hair... but it's also made my very healthy hair look extremely frizzy and broken. It hasn't at all toned down the brassiness - I even left it on for longer than the guidelines and nothing has changed colour wise. Unfortunately I wish I hadn't wasted my money on this product and wouldn't recommend you to either.

I have highlights in my hair, and they picked up the copper more than I would have liked. My highlights turned bright red/copper, and it looked dyed. My hair usually looks natural because of the color variation with highlights and low-lights.

It works like a normal shampoo, at least, and cleaned my hair. But it did nothing to neutralize the red in my hair. In fact, after a couple of uses, my hair looked even more red!

The product is quality, but added a bit more golden to my brown than I prefer. Next time I will not use this and get a darker one. Should be called Golden Brown.

I followed all the directions. Shampoo first then apply tinted love, rinse and condition. As soon as I got out the shower I could feel the difference in my hair. It felt so dry and took me forever to detangle. I also noticed my hair had a red tone after I used it, which I want to avoid because I'm going for a dark brown ashy look, in my opinion it totally messed up the hair color I just dyed. Hopefully it will wash out. Not a fan at all.

I really like the way this product is applied. I also like the ease of use and the way it makes my hair feel. I didn't like the overall color wash it gave my hair...it made it look very fake. The red wasn't natural looking, AT ALL... instead it looked like a bad junior high kool-aid dye job. I also noticed the color wash was very spotty...vibrant in some spots, totally lacking in others. I followed the directions exactly, so I'm not sure why?

The Chocolate color has too much red in it for me. After I use it, my hair has a red tint that lasts through a couple of shampoos. It lathers very well and feels nice. If I bought again, I think I would need a different color. I want to keep the red tone in my hair down.

Tint is very thin and watery so it drips away too easy before it gets from your hand to hair, mix it with my conditioner but not sure if it's correct application but it does make your hair feel stiff until conditioner is applied.

I'm not sure if i was mistaken by what i thought this was, maybe i just need better instructions? The product is runny and copper and suds up like a shampoo with white foam, not copper. I was surprised at first so i thought i must not have rinsed my regular shampoo out properly. Rinsed again and the same thing happened; I went ahead and left it on for 3 minutes, as instructed, finished with conditioner and to my surprise my hair was no different then when i went in, maybe even a little faded. I am very displeased, especially because i had such high expectations. :(

I was expecting color, but not a change in my hair. It lost its shine and felt rough. Plus the smell was fairly unpleasant. I got color, which was actually pretty, but the change in hair texture, although temporary, was a big negative. My hair is very fine, so maybe that's the issue, But I'll just be giving this product away.

This one just was NOT for me... I've absolutely LOVED all of my eSalon orders and was looking for a way to extend the life of my color, but this shade was waaaaaaay too pink for my copper/strawberry blonde color. I was really excited to try this product and had high hopes. It made my hair soft but it turned parts my medium brown hair to a sickly shade of pink. It looks bad and I am hoping the color will fade quickly. I definitely won't be reusing this product.

I thought the color would be darker than it actually was. I did a dry application, which gives a darker color, and ended up with a really light brown color, where I was expecting an actual chocolate color.

I can't tell if this brightened my color, but it definitely left additional dye in my hair. Which was then left on white hotel towels as my color continued to bleed two days later.

Lathers beautifully and does a good job removing some brassinezz. I would recommend this rather than clairols shimmer lights which is not only expensive and does not work unless you put it on dry hair. But you have to use it more than once and I wish the scent was fruity rathar than gummy which smells cheap...

I made a terrible decision to get "highlights" a while back and it ruined my red hair. The top layers are very dry and seem to soak up this product. The color is not even close to my basic color.

Made my hair much too red. Did not like it and gave to a friend who had red hair. She hated it. Hers turned out so bright she had to redo it. Sorry to tell you this.

When I used the darker product with the darker color I could notice a shine after using this product, but since I've gone lighter with my color I do not see any difference in my hair after using the golden color.

The color you sent me for my roots was not and all the same color as my ends and it's quite light it's red but it's a different shade of red and the ends of my hair is super super red and that's the color I wanted all over. When I put my hair up on my head you could see that my bun is super red and my hair that I pulled up is really light and it's a different shade of red I don't know if there's any way that you can change the formula to make my roots that's more evenly with the bright vibrant red that I have on the ends.

I have Bright red Jessica Rabbit colored hair and as hard as I try it always fades after each wash. I have tried those shampoos that supposedly redeposit the color in your hair, but all it does is strip the brightness from my red. Sadly, the same happened with this product. If you are looking to keep your Ariel or Jessica Rabbit colored hair bright, unfortunately this is not the product.

Used it only after the first time I used your hair coloring system. I'm on my second time coloring with you guys. Continued using till it was empty. Grays appeared too soon in my opinion. So, like thi title says, dont know if it really enhances anything.

Was excited to get this product. I'm trying many toning and color products out there. This did nothing. I wish it would have told us it's like purple shampoo. Not what I was looking for. Shimmering lights is best cheap color shampoo

I have curly hair and don't use typical shampoos as they strip away the oils. I was hoping this color enhancing treatment felt and acted like more of a conditioning color enhancer but it was sudsy and didn't feel like it added moisture.
Other than that, the color was enhanced a bit and did give my hair tones a mildly refreshed appearance.

Watched a youtuber review this and she gained bright color from this and I tried it and I had no results whats so ever. Trying to cancel my auto ship but just got stuck getting another auto ship of this stuff.

I got this expecting it to have green tones to counter the red in my hair. However, it was a mucky brown colour and really didn't seem to do anything at all. It washed my hair and made it feel clean but not much else. Odd because I also used the red shade version which was strongly pigmented and actually worked but sadly this neutralizer was a thumbs down for me, and really disappointing. In order for it to work it needs to have green tones to counter red if it's marketed is a neutraliser surely. Also, it drips out the cap whether layed down or stored upright as its supposed to be which is really problematic.

This did work and tinted my hair which is what I wanted (although came out more pink than red- definitely not a 'natural' red tone at all). It faded out after 5 or so washes. It did a good job of washing my hair at the same time and left it feeling clean. However, I'm not sure I would use it again as the consistency is very very runny and it continues to drop out even when you put no pressure on the bottle. I did it over my bath and it dripped down onto the sides. I wiped up the drips straight away but they nonetheless stained. I had to leave bleach on it for half an hour to fade them and they're still not completely gone so will have to do it again. When I spill 'permanent' dye on my bath it comes straight off so I was suprised to find this one stained. I supposed it's the artificial and bright pigmentation in it. Still, although it worked I don't think i'd use it again due to the dribbly mess it made. I'm very thankful not to have got it on my lino as it would probably never come out. I'm scared to put the bottle up the way it's supposed to stand (lid facing down) as i feel it will dribble out and stain the surfaces again. I have layed it on it's side for now but it still leakes out and I suspect it will end up in the bin soon as I don't really trust the packaging and don't really have a practical way to store it. It does come with a little silver film over it initially but once removed theres very little protection other than the loose flip-up lid which is a shame.

I wasn't overly thrilled with the enhancing treatment which I applied over the hair which I strand tested. It is probably a good product but since my hair is already highlighted, this color did not agree with my hair, gave it a distinct pink color.

I just dont feel like this product brought out my violet tones and i was pretty bummed about it. I used the devoted to hue previously for red tones and it worked amazingly. Since they didnt have a purple shade for my newly died hair i tried this product. Not happy wish they had purple in the mask.

Maybe I don't understand what "brassy" is, and maybe my hair doesn't get that way. I use this treatment regularly, but I honestly can't see much difference in the color. By the time the color is faded, the roots have grown out anyway.
