Feels very bad in hair. Doesnt smell to good eithier.Turned my hair orange. I was sent replacement bottle that turned my hair dark red. Very unhappy. I would so like to be refunded. I wish they had of told me from the beginning I couldnt go blonde from light brown with this product. I was told I need to go to professional salon. Thanks for telling me after I put this eye burning awful smelling product in my hair.

So I got a very dark tint. When I put it on my hair it bacame a very dark brown. My sister dyes her hair a dark brown and LOVED the tint, but I would prefer the golden brown next time.

I am so bummed! I saw a YouTube video about this product and read the reviews for it online. Everything indicated that this product Is amazing for toning down red hair. I have naturally brown hair that was dyed red a while ago. Now my hair is a reddish brown color. I used a nice amount of this product and left it on my hair for the recommended time. Not only did the color not change whatsoever, my hair now feels rough and tangled. I'm so sad because everyone online says how great this product was and I couldn't wait to try it.

I tried this tint rinse after the “soft red” neutralizer didn’t show any noticeable results. Unfortunately this one was the same- doesn’t help to get rid of brassy tones in my hair. I do love the smell and way it makes my hair so soft though.

This stuff is awful and I have the pictures to prove it. Not good on strawberry blond hair. It messed my hair up so bad, I looked like a clown. I had to re-dye my hair a very very dark brown to cover it. Not happy!

I bought the red neutralizer hoping to help get unwanted red tones out of my hair, which gets red from sunlight. I left it on at first for 2-3 mins as the bottle says, no results, nothing. Read some reviews and tried leaving it on for a full 5 mins, still no difference. Also didn’t feel any benefit of smooth silky hair afterwards, so unfortunately this product just didn’t do anything at all to my hair.

I used the tint to just give my color a little boost yesterday and after drying my hair was very copper colored. I was not pleased, I thought my color would be just a shiny sandy brown which is the normal color but the copper color was far too bright for me and I am now having to use a clarifying shampoo to try to take some of the copper color out. This color may work for some people, its a pretty color but just not for me.

My hair is naturally brown. I wanted to add a brighter complexion and this product was recommended for that. The first time I used it after shampooing, I noticed no difference (just like every product I've used on my hair). I started using it twice in the shower, still no noticeable difference and I shower everyday so I thought that by now I would get what I paid for. I debated returning this product, or using it until the bottle is finished to see if that takes effect. However, I do notice my hair is more moisturized and no longer as frizzy,. I was a little nervous about ordering your product because I never order things online, change my hair color nor do I use anything other than my $2.97 box of Revlon bright auburn hair color from Walmart. My hair had taken on a Coppertone and I was hoping to maybe tone it down a bit so I figured I would try it and if it did not work the product was 100% guaranteed. After getting unsatisfactory results from the product I requested a refund. I was given a $10 refund in a $20 credit on my $30 purchase. I was told that because I used the other products that I ordered I could only be given a $20 credit which is completely ridiculous since those products or used with the hair color. Since I PayPal was only credited $10 I still owes $20 balance which in return was deducted from my checking account putting me in overdraft status which cost me another $30! I am so serious also let this product has not only done to my hair that's all I am left with product can I use $20 credit from a company I would never use again and definitely would never recommend to anyone! Your refund guarantee is completely misleading it makes no sense you are able to give me a $10 refund on my hair dye which obviously was used and you should be able to give me a refund on the $20 worth of product that went with it. I still intend to dispute this bill and intend to file a fraudulent charge against your company. I will also be filing with the Better Business Bureau as well as giving my bad review to as many people as possible online so that I can save others from the hassle that I've gone through. I paid $30 for the product I was unsatisfied plain and simple it should have been refunded to my PayPal the way it was paid... IN FULL!

The tint rinse seemed to make my hair lighter, but didn’t really neutralize the red. My hair gets brassy after about a month and it drives me crazy when people say I’m a red head. I’m going to try it a couple more times but the first time it seemed to lighten it and didn’t get rid of the red.

I would say the label on this item is inaccurate. I have had a neutralizer applied periodically over the years at the salon and this product does not do the job. It also dried out my hair quite a bit which was surprising. Love many of eSalon's products but you may want to go back to the drawing board with this one.

I was unsure whether to purchase this product given the mixed reviews, however decided to check it out for myself. The product isn't great, didn't make any difference to the brassy tones in my hair and it was also rather drying.

Nice in that it helps offset the fading I get with my redfish brown on between coloring. Bad side for me was staining on my hands, scalp and transferring to towels. The shine is nice though.

I made sure to notify eColor that my hair tends to turn RED and to please do not even place one drop of any form of red in the color. Well - they did and my hair was brassy! They sent color number 2 and lightened it - there is still brass. While the kits are nice and convenient - they can't get it right if your hair lends to a brass and you do not want brass/red.
Many of their photos feature red or brass tones - should have been a flag. The neutralizer does not eliminate brass - a misconception by many colorists.

I applied the product exactly as directed, and figured that the lather was going to help spread the product evenly throughout my hair...Well, my hair is now splotchy, with literal stripes of color going through it. I was excited to try this product after reading all the rave reviews. I shampoo’d like normal-rinsed-then lathered the tint into my hair. I found it odd the tint itself was pigmented but when lathered into the hair it was completely white, zero color. I left it in for about 3-5mins and rinsed with cool water. Then lightly conditioned like it says. After letting my hair air dry-there was no difference. Unfortunately, this product deposited zero tint to my hair and left it looking the same before I had even used it. My hair is a level 4 burgundy brown. Not a fan. Glad it seemed to work magic for every one else.

I recently purchased this product and was SO excited to use it. I read so many good reviews. My hair is brown with a couple highlights and the brown parts are somewhat brassy and reddish. I was hoping this would do the trick to eliminate at least some of those tones. Since I’ve received it, I have tried it 3 different times. (One time used as directed, one time left on for longer, and one time used on towel dried hair and left on for longer). No matter what way I have used it, it doesn’t seem to make any difference. I’m glad that some people have had good experiences with it but I’m very sad I did not.

I bought this along with the Red Neutralizer to apply on the more lighter brown parts of my hair on the ends. These areas are also somewhat brassy. This one also did nothing to my hair. Very sad and disappointed because I was so excited to try.

I have very coarse curly hair and this product was very caustic to my hair. The amount of suds it produced made me realize it probably has sulfates in it . The boost to my color was negligible . I won’t be using this again.

Horrible product. It left no color, only frizz. I had to cut my hair to get rid of it. The amazing conditioner didn't even help. I have wavy hair but it was a brillo pad after I used this. If I could give it minus stars I would. Save your coin.

My objective was to minimize the “red and brassy” tones my hair turns after several weeks. The tint rinse turned my hair a brassy red. It was a total fail. Sadly disappointing.

This product didn't really do anything for me. After reading great reviews on it, I was disappointed. I think I had the wrong color...(golden) it brought out red tones which I did not want. I'm not giving up though...I am trying the warm beige on my next order, so hopefully that will work better.

This seems to cut out a bit of the yellow tones in my highlights but the product itself is really runny like water, makes it a bit trickier to pour out without getting too much out... Also in a plastic tube which I'm trying to steer away from.

I have had a brashness to my hair for quite some time and I was hoping to find a product to eliminate the red without coloring my hair. I seen some mixed reviews about this product and hoped this was it. I tried it two times. First I left it on for 4 minutes and the second time 10 minutes. Still no difference. I gave it 2 stars because my hair was very soft after.

This product seems make my hair more tangled and difficult to comb out, and more dry and brittle when it is dry. AND I don't know how to turn off the autoship that I initially selected.

I did what was told but didn't see any difference in color. Wont get that again. Also did not like the camo spray as by the time I was using it it was not close to the rest of my hair so it was very noticable.
