Has a nice smell and make hair feel good - the one star loss is, that its very thin and pours out of the bottle so quickly that it dispenses too much product at once.

This product is good for saving time. I prefer the wash-out conditioner as it does not leave a residue. This is not great for my hair. I need to stay clear of product residue as I suffer with dandruff. But, it did work well.

Product was a little stiff. More like styling gel. BUT my hair was indeed soft and my style lasted a few days without itching which usually happens with most every other companies' products ive used over the years. (I have thick curly hair and don't wash everyday).

I have 3a/b curls and only comb through my hair (with a wide tooth comb) after I wash it every other day. Even after a good conditioning in the shower, the knots are bad and painful. Just a small amount of this leave in conditioner (dime to nickel size), and I am no longer struggling with the knots! A little goes a long way as too much does make my hair feel a little greasy.

Needed to use more than a nickel size. Conditioner seems to feel a bit "watery" when I place in my hands and rub them together before putting it in my hair. Does leave my hair very smooth, manageable and soft.

I think this leave-in conditioner is a good product, but it just wasn't something I wanted to continue using. I think most leave-in products tend to make my hair feel like it needs to be washed. It becomes a little sticky feeling and looks like I have a problem with oily hair, which I don't. So, it's not the best product for my hair. But I'm sure it might work great for others.

I want to love this, but it left my hair feeling unusually dry. It is runny, which helps with coverage, but even with a palmful, once dry, my hair feels more brittle than if I don't use it. I went back to my regular conditioner.

I really wanted this product to be more moisturizing. I have quite weak hair and I get flyaways. I hoped this product would provide more relief and add moisture to my dry hair. Maybe smooth the flyaways unfortunately it did not.

After putting this in my hair, it felt like I had added nothing. The consistency is very thin, and not like any other leave-in conditioner I've used. I would not recommend this and I will not be using the rest of the product.

This product came in and I was so excited to see my thick curly hair tamed. JOKE! THE product was watery and when I put some on my hand I lost a good portion of it. I had to use SO much of it to get my brush through my hair. My hair is barely shoulder length. The tube lasted 1 freakin week and cost me $22. I will NEVER buy from Esalon again. So disappointed. Shame on you.

It doesn’t smooth ends. Probably better for fine hair. Doesn’t seem to absorb or soften hair. Does help to comb through.

Je viens de faire ma couleur et très surprise de voir le résultat ! Une partie de mes racines étaient orangées et sur toute ma tête la couleur ést est très terne !! J'ai procédé comme d'habitude et c'est la première fois que ça m'arrive ! Je ne il comprends pas du tout !

This product is just okay to me. I don't notice a difference from my store bought brand and this product. Glad I tried it, but I will be dropping this from my kit.

este producto no me gusta para nada, la consistencia es muy agua y no veo mejora, ya veo que viene en camino el otro, quisiera si es posible cambiarlo por otra cosa cuando me llegue? me gustaria cambiarlo por el shampoo es excelente. Por favor avisennme sie es factible el cambio. Mil gracias

I really wanted to like this leave in, in hopes of picking up all my hair needs in one place. I love leave in conditioners, but this one I just was not a fan of. Too watery and I just felt it didn't do anything. If anything I felt my hair was dry and brittle after.

Well I'll have to revisit but you know not everything works for everyone! I would say of all the products I'll have to focus and hone in on this one further. But erythang else....game changing! I also have curly have so maybe the sleek effect would work better with a hair type trying to achieve that look. Xo.

I put the leave on conditioner on my hand and mixed it a little on my hand, then put it on my hair. For some reason It left dry white leave on conditioner on my hair and on the floor.

I received the trial size of Perfect Ending in my Ipsy bag a while back. I finally decided to try it and it was the best product I have ever used, EVER! I went online to buy the full size and was lead to the Universal Leave-In, which I assume replaced Perfect Ending. It seems the formula is different. I like this product, but it is no where near as amazing as it was before.

I have curly hair (3B curl type). This Universal leave-in was ineffective for my hair. It made my hair frizzy, gave zero hold, and my hair tangled within 1 day. Do not advise purchasing for 3B curls.

I’ve tried this a few times since receiving it. I used a little at first, and increased each time to see if it made a difference. Once my hair dried, it was frizzy and very dry after each use. Definitely not a good product for me. The smell is nice.

I didn't find this product to be especially detangling or de-frizzing. I found just as much as not more frizz, and no impact on detangling. Maybe some light hydration without weighing the hair down, and the scent is decent, but it doesn't do enough to keep using over other products.

This left my fine straight hair with more static and actually tangled my hair. My scalp has become itchy as well, which is probably a sign that I'm allergic to something. I would not buy this again. It's awful for my hair type.
