Didn’t Really Volumize But it did soften

This didn’t really give me any more “poof” or fullness, but it did make my hair much softer.

For years I bought cheap products due to being a single mom and I used store bought kits for the same reason. Once I remarried with great new career I went to a salon with stylist I trusted and followed from shop to shop, but she literally charged me well over $100 and through the years cost went up to over $150! Even then within a couple of weeks of her coloring my hair it felt dry and damaged. My hair was still feeling healthy and so very soft (1st color in Mar - 2nd just rec'd end of June) by time I did the 2nd ESALON color. I LOVE this conditioner and I know it is the ingredients. WOW

Before eSalon, My hair was badly damaged after my last two colorings, from a well-reputed chain store .
As of yet the hair conditioner hasn’t done what I hoped. I’m certain it will work better, soon, especially by continuing with eSalon products .

This conditioner definitely gives volume, especially if you work with your hair to tease it up while drying. However, I also experienced my hair feeling heavy and looking greasy after about 12 hours.

I have always had to order twice the amount of conditioner than shampoo, because it seems that it was never enough on my hair to make it manageable. Not with this one, I only use a small amount to really condition my hair after my shampoo and it also has a great fragrance that makes it even better.

Only problem is dispensing. Shampoo and condition won't come out good enough; I have to take the cap off.

Use it sparingly as it is very thick....mix with water to actually lather on the head. Other than that it is a great product. It conditions without the excess weight that would normally be associated with this type of heavy conditioner. However I would not use it more than twice a month. Make sure to switch up your routine as to gain the best results.

The product makes my hair very soft and tangle free. However the pump does not work too good. I won't purchase it again because of the pump. But the product is great.

I do not like the matching shampoo, but I DO like this conditioner. It conditions and makes my hair feel soft. The only reason for 4 stars and not five is the packaging. I'm normally a huge fan of pumps, but this pump doesn't dispense much at all per pump so I'm literally pumping it like 12 times to get the desired amount. I have long hair so that's why I need a lot. And the bottles are quite small, I'm sure I'll run out in no time. Oh well. It's a good conditioner nonetheless.

It's not my favorite go to shampoo, but it's does the job. A little gets you far. I can't seem to finish it so I can move on, but I'm always happy to get another wash out of it. Right after I shampoo, my hair feels crunchy - which is why I don't love it. But the results are soft hair.

This conditioner is good I'm not in love with it but my hair isn't fading too fast and it's pretty easy to get a brush through. I don't like how hard it is to get the conditioner out though, it's pretty thick. And I feel like I use a lot however I do have pretty long hair so maybe it's a normal amount.

The pump on my bottle was broken, thus only 4 stars, but the product really adds volume and protects the color. Would recommend it to short and medium length hair, everything past that length can become unmanageable mane.... lest this is the look you are going for.

While I have no complaints, I would rather stick with the regular conditioner (the one that comes with the color pack). I have had trouble with the pumps on the shampoos and conditioners I have purchased here (they almost never work) but that does not detract from the product's performance. Just an annoyance.

I love the conditioner only thing I find is that it does not come out of the container very well while in the shower. When you push down the pump it doesn't come back up fast enough when you need more than a pump or two. Also I would like to add in my case it could use more detangle within the solution,

I love so much about this product- the volume without a heavy feeling, the scent... But like other reviews, I gotta say the pump is a bummer. It seems like the formula is too thick to make it through easily. No worries, though! No pump will keep me from enjoying it!

I haven't been using this conditioner that long either, but it seems to be pretty good. Once again, the pump on this bottle is very hard to pump. And if you have issues with any kind of arthritis, you will have a hard time with this bottle. I have RA and I really struggle with getting the product out of this pump with wet hands. I hope they rethink these pumps or something. Because if I can't get it out easy, then it is no good for me.

The conditioner is nice, but nothing spectacular. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed-down, and it smells nice. However, there are other brands that I prefer for shine factor and overall softness of my hair. Also, I can purchase other brands in larger sizes that are a better value.

This shampoo and conditioner standalone in providing that your hair. Add the root lifter And you'll have some serious thick hair. I did not wash my hair for three days and the shampoo and conditioner still did not disappoint. My only complaint is the scent is too strong.

I Love this conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling healthy and full. Just wish it wasn't such a tiny bottle. I feel like I have to pump it at least 10 times to get what I need out of it. Goes fast.

I like it but I like the shampoo and conditioner that comes with the color better. This is the one that we have to wash and condition right after coloring.

Love, love, love this and the shampoo. It delivers volume, shine, and softness better than the salon brands I have tried. My color stays true and rich! However, as with the shampoo, the pump is horrible. It is inadequate and difficult to use in the shower with wet hands and in a shower rack. The product is so thick it barely comes out of the pump. A better pump or a squeeze bottle would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how this product compares to other conditioners, it didn't do anything special that I could tell. It has a lovely smell, but the pump is hard to use; need a lot of pressure and it dispenses very little amount, so you need a sturdy surface that you can put weight on. Bottle was smaller than i expected, so be aware of the volume.

My opinion is the same as the shsmpoo. It provides a nice texture to my hair, not a lot of volume but not enough shine. Would love more shine to love this duo.

I don't see the volume difference. I hoped it would make the strands a bit more thick, but I couldn't see or feel the difference. But it is a good regular conditioner.

For $8.00 and the amount of conditioner you receive this product is not worth it. You have to use a lot if you want to condition your hair, and it made no difference in the volume. I prefer Pantene or Suave for color treated hair, they actually condition your hair and they are a better value.
