I really was hoping I would love this product but it failed the test. It made my hair feel dry and took out my color when it says colorsafe . It is very thin so you have to use a lot and I have very short hair. I do not recommend this shampoo.

Need way more shampoo to get a lather than what comes out with one pump. Product overpriced for the amount of shampoos you get for $15. Need more than other color protectant volume shampoos. How about a bigger bottle and a flip top?

Made my hair very heavy no matter how much I rinsed it out. It had no volume at all even with light mousse and a blow dry. I said my hair was very fine and this shampoo was extremely heavy.

I've used this shampoo for almost two weeks and I'm not loving it. I know sulfate free products are hard to lather, but the ones I've used lately all lather really well except for this one. I need a lather. After using each time my hair has felt like straw. Of course I use conditioner afterward which fixes the problem, but I hate that feeling before I condition. Also, after blow drying, my hair still felt dirty and greasy and not volumized at all. This was every time. I finally realized it had to be the shampoo. I had to use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the build up that is caused. I won't repurchase and I'll have to quit using it. Sucks because I hate wasting product. I did like the conditioner though.

Not real sure about this shampoo, if it is frizzing my hair! I was using pureology, still using pureology to condition. My hair is really dry, only was it 2 times a week, don't use a lot of spray, but do use curling iron,daily.

I thought I would love this product because of the great reviews but no. It made my hair flat and a bit greasy. I have very fine oily hair and it could just be me! I gave it a low rated though due to the customer service, when I inquired that the product did not work for me and I barely had used it they refused to give me a refund even though their site says it's 100% guaranteed. I was extremely disappointed and they ended up only offering a credit! So beware that if you don't like it, the guarantee is not actually a full guarantee.

The shampoo is very average. It leaves no impression whatsoever - bit like using a hotel shampoo in my opinion... kind of nothing-y. Pump is pointless as it needs pumping several times to get sufficient out to wash your hair. Instead of this, go somewhere cheap like Aldi, or by a decent designer shampoo that will feel special. Overall poor in every respect. I'm irritated by the fact that I spent my money on the site (especially the by-products) as I literally haven't liked or used any of them... But can't send them back after using so that's my money down the plug-hole too!

Nice scent. After using the shampoo and conditioner my hair already felt dry and flat while wet. It is usually curls up pretty quick. After it air dried it was dry and frizzy. Won't buy again.

Definitely not a fan with my hair. I loved the Easy Glider set and was hoping that this set would add a little umph to my hair now that I don't have to worry about humidity (fall/winter vs summer). The shampoo is OK but not worth the hassle of fighting to get any out of the bottle so I won't be ordering again. I was hoping for a little more softness but I'm not getting that and I'm tired of struggling with the pump so am disappointed to say I'm giving up on it. Same with the conditioner. Just OK.

The pump on the shampoo worked the first time I used it and I was pleased with the shampoo, but since then the pump does not pump. I would prefer just a cap. At least it would be easier to use.

This shampoo does not lather at all, you have to use so much shampoo to get a small lather on your scalp and hair. I also did not notice in volume on my hair. I would not purchase this shampoo again.

This shampoo was a little disappointing. First off, my bottle's dispenser top didn't work properly so I have to take the top off to use it every time. It smells really nice, but doesn't really lather much at all, which seems strange to me. For the price, it wasn't quite what I expected.

The pump dispenses a very tiny amount. You have to push the pump down 8 or more times just to get enough shampoo to wash your hair. The pump is also very stiff. As for the shampoo itself, it is just ok. For the same amount of money you can get a much better product. Don't waste your money.

First of all the pump doesn't work. I had to open bottle to get shampoo out. I tried everything and the pump doesn't release. I don't see that it has any effect on volumizing my hair. It feels sort of stiff after using it and not at all soft. Perhaps that is how it is to feel, but I am not a fan of this product.

While the pump bottle works for the conditioner, when I had long hair and needed a lot of shampoo this bottle made it extremely hard to get the amount I required. I had to keep removing the top and pouring it into my hand.

Had to use two times more of this shampoo than any other brand just to get my hair clean. It wouldn't even suds up after the first amount of ten pumps. I was only washing my head and not the rest of my long hair. Had to use anther ten pumps just to get it clean. This only happens with their shampoo. It doesn't happen to me with any other brand.

Just drying. I am a big believer in only using cleansing conditioners. This is just way too harsh for my super vibrant very long red hair. There is also at least two ingredients in this that people who dye their hair shouldn't use. I spoke with a stylist on the phone from Esalon and she assured me those same ingredients were NOT in there...NOT TRUE! Be careful.

I love the smell of this shampoo, but I don't think it does much for me volume-wise. It does seem to cut some of the static I sometimes experience after washing with a volumizing shampoo, but the downside to that is that my hair feels a little heavy/lank later in the day if I wear it down. My hair is very thick but fine and naturally wavy, and I typically don't use a lot of products - just wash and mostly air dry. I can't say enough about the scent, though - my hairdresser trimmed my bangs yesterday and kept saying how good my hair smelled! lol

All the Shampoo and conditioner products are wonderful. However, when you purchase the full-sized product the bottle pump is cheaply made and breaks easily. I have longer thicker hair and have to pump the bottle at least 20 times to get a gumball sized portion in my palm. I eventually have to open the bottle completely and pour it into my hand. I finally stopped buying any of the shampoo and conditioner products. I would love to see this product in a squeeze bottle!!

The shampoo smells nice, but it leaves my hair feeling "squeaky" and difficult to comb. I don't like using conditioner on my scalp daily because my hair is fine and my scalp gets oily, but with this shampoo, if I don't, it's very difficult to comb out and feels odd when wet.

I started to order the shampoo that comes in the color kits but decided to try the volumizing version instead. I don't notice any improvement in volume, but I do notice a slightly "clorox-y" smell. I also don't like the pump. It's hard to push down and doesn't dispense enough for a shampoo without multiple pumps. I plan to switch to the regular version next time. The pump may be the same, but at least I know it has a nice smell.

I'm not used to shampoos that don't have sodium laryl sufate. It's hard to get a lather. I know the damage that SLS can cause on color treated hair. I'm still working through my first bottle. The one thing I know I don't like is the pump, it's too hard to press down

I love no LOVE the scent of this shampoo. With that being said, however, I do not like how greasy my hair looks afterward. I don't think this is the right shampoo for me.
